In the UAE
Capture the TRN, preferred language and WhatsApp number from the start. These small fields save hours later when a contact becomes a billable ERP customer and you need a VAT-ready record.
Step by step
- 1Open CRM → Contacts (or Companies) and click New.
- 2Enter the name, email, phone and any tags or segment.
- 3Link a contact to its company so activity rolls up.
- 4Save — the record is instantly searchable across Xentral.
Tip
Use Import to bring in contacts in bulk from CSV or XML.
